Due to limited spaces, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled workshop. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by email.

If you have to cancel your class:

• we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel 48 hours before the event, but do not offer refunds.
• You may use these credits towards any future class.
• However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

If we have to cancel a class:

• If we don’t get the required number of bookings to run a workshop, we may need to change your booking.
• If we do, we will always do our best to offer you a suitable alternative.
• If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.
